Trike driver slain in Pampanga
A MAN driving a tricycle on Wednesday was gunned down in Pampanga.
The fatality was Elmer Torres Salonga, a resident of P-3 Bgy. San Agustin Sur, Arayat, Pampanga, according to a report by the Pampanga police to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr..
Salonga was driving a tricycle when two unidentified men on a motorcycle wearing black jackets appeared from behind and fired shots at him, killing him on the spot.
Responding cops found at the crime scene four cal. .9mm spent bullets.
Police are checking the identities of the suspects and the motive for the killing.
