Over 6K GenTri seniors get free flu vaccine

GENERAL TRIAS CITY, Cavite – The city government under Mayor Luis Ferrer IV, in collaboration with the City Health Office (CHO), launched free flu vaccination to elders in the locality.

The program aims to make healthcare services accessible to all, especially to seniors of the city.

A total of 10, 988 residents composed of 6,322 senior citizens and 4,666 below 60 years old, and persons with disability, were given free flu vaccines.

The City Health Department under Dr. Jonathan Luseco also conducted medical and dental missions for the 33 barangays of the city.

The medical mission in Bgy. Pasong Camachile II on January 20, 2024 benefitted 535 attendees.
