Tong-its, pusoy players arrested
CAMP GEN FLORENDO, La Union — Police reported Sunday the arrest of four persons who were caught playing tong-its and pusoy in Sto Tomas town.
A police report received by B/Gen. John Chua, regional police director, identified those arrested in Brgy. Balsaan, Sto. Tomas, La Union as Eric Segismundo, 49 ; Rosalinda Ramos, 56; Rodolfo Aquino, all residents of Brgy. Balsaan, Sto. Tomas, La Union.
Seized from the suspects were a set of playing cards and a bet money amounting to P274.
The suspects are now under the custody of the Sto Tomas police for proper documentation and disposition.
