GIVE BLOOD, SHARE LIFE
In order to help solve the current shortage of blood for patients in hospitals in Oriental Mindoro, the Provincial Health Office (PHO), Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (ORMECO), Oriental Mindoro Blood Council (OMBC), Oriental Mindoro Medical Society (OMMC) and OMPIA, with the full support of the provincial government headed by Gov.
