Top 2 most wanted in Zambales nabbed in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police on Thursday arrested the Top 2 most wanted person in Zambales in an operation in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the suspect as Crisanto Mallare, a 27-year-old farmer residing in Bgy. Taugtog, Botolan, Zambales.

Mallare was arrested by joint personnel from the Special Concern Unit – Regional Intelligence Division 3 (lead unit), together with members of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 headed by its commander Lt. Col. Jay Damaandal, and the San Fernando police.

The arrest was based on a warrant for four counts of statutory rape, with no recommended bail.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Maribel F. Mariano Beltran, Presiding Judge of family Court, Third Judicial, Branch 13, Iba Zambales

“The continuous accounting and arrest of wanted persons will reduce the number of criminals who roam the streets ready to pounce on unwitting and defenseless members of the community, greatly contributing to peaceful communities,” Hidalgo said.
