CL cops nab HVT, 5 other drug suspects
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Operatives on Friday arrested a high-value target and five other drug suspects while some P714,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized in separate operations in Bataan and Angeles City.
In Angeles City, Rosby Buan alias “Jograt,” a regional HVT, was arrested by joint elements of the CIU and SDEU team of the Angeles City police in a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Pampang, Angeles City.
Seized were seven plastic sachets weighing 85 grams worth P578,000 and the marked money.
Operatives of the Orion police dismantled a drug den in Bgy. Wawa, Orion, Bataan and arrested Joel Pangilinan, Jambet Morales, Jhon Michael Alvarez, Evelyn Pangilinan, and Marlene Trajano.
Confiscated from the suspects were four plastic sachets containing shabu valued at P136, 000 and the buy-bust money.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. lauded the operating troops for a job well done and vowed that the Central Luzon police are committed to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region.
