LUCA Brugnoli is an unsigned independent artist. Luca has an authentic voice that reaches far and wide across all genres of music from classical to pop to musical theatre and rock. His adaptability and hardworking ethos has prepared him well for that time when he will no longer be a treble and his future music is very bright indeed. Having successfully crowdfunded through Kickstarter Luca has his debut album “Rise Up” which came out May 2023.

Luca was runner up 2022’s BBC Young chorister of the year has featured on Aled Jones Vespera and Kurt Bestur’s New Ave Maria together with numerous recordings as part of the renowned Libera Boys Choir.

Luca’s concert will be held at Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium (RCBC-Plaza theater) on November 22 2023
Billed as “Luca in Concert: A Special RP – UK Friendship Presentation” will also feature Steinway & Sons artist and global ambassador Dominic Ferris, young British dancer Darcey Redman, and young Philippine soprano Regina Saban.

Two MMFF films to watch

THERE are two film entries we want to watch during the Metro Manila Film Festival this December. They are “When I Met You in Tokyo” and “Penduko” with Mateo Guidicelli.

Vilma Santos and Christopher de Leon in ‘WIMYIT’ are a a tested tandem which we haven’t seen for years.

As for Penduko the millennials arer bound for a surprise when they see Mateo Guidicelli like they’ve never seen before. By REMY UMEREZ.
