ISIP DISTRIBUTION IN ZAMBOANGA
Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, assisted by Majority Leader and 2nd District Rep. Manuel Jose “Mannix” Dalipe, 1st District Rep. Khymer Adan Olaso and City Mayor John Dalipe, leads the distribution of aid package under the Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program (ISIP) to 3,000 students beneficiaries at Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) gym Friday morning. The program targets students in the tertiary and vocational levels who are struggling with financial issues.The beneficiaries stand to receive cash assistance six months for tuition and other expenses. Present during the event were over 85 District and Partylist House Members led by Senior Deputy Speaker Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales Jr., Deputy Speaker David”Jayjay” Suarez, Deputy Speaker Yasser Alonto Balindong and other local government officials.
