Korean drug trafficker arrested in sting
CAMP LT. TOMAS J. PEPITO, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City – A Korean “high-value” target was arrested in a buy-bust operation in this city.
Angeles City Police Office commander Col. Rommel Batangan said nabbed was 39-year-old Korean national Jake Lee or Kwon Muki , a resident of Tarlac City.
The suspect was arrested at 22nd St., Josefa Subd., Bgy Malabanias, Angeles City.
Operatives of the Police Station 4 commander Maj. Ohmar Bognot and the Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit led by Lt. Jennies Capili and under the supervision of Maj. Aris Gonzales conducted the entrapment.
Seized were two plastic sachets containing shabu weighing at least 26 grams worth P176,800, and the marked money.
Batangan vowed to continue its efforts to eradicate illegal drugs and step-up anti-crime drive for a safe and peaceful Angeles City.
