Decomposing dead woman in Ecija town farm
GENERAL TINIO, Nueva Ecija — A dead body of an unidentified woman already in an advanced state of decomposition was accidentally found on Tuesday in a mango farm in this town.
Police said the body was discovered by Rizal Jay Martin, a 19-year-old farmer, of Sitio Sibug, Bgy. Rio Chico while he was spraying insecticide in Sitio Pahalang in Bgy. Rio Chico at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The witness told police that the dead body was found with no lower garment.
Case investigator SSgt. Jeffrey M. Pineda said the body is now being subjected to autopsy examination to determine if there was foul play or if the victim was raped.
