Indian money lender killed in Pampanga
AN Indian national engaged in money lending on Tuesday was killed by two men on a motorcyle in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the victim was identified Nishan Singh, 30, of 4203 Martina Marie St., Bgy. Capaya 2, Angeles City.
Singh was having drinks with his live-in partner and a friend in front of a car wash station in San Vicente St., Bgy. Tabun, Angeles City when two men on a plateless motorcycle pulled over. The backrider shot Singh in the head before fleeing.
The victim was rushed to the Angeles University Foundation Hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
According to witnesses, the gunman was wearing a helmet, gray sweatshirt, light brown short pants, and black and white shoes.
Police are conducting an investigation to determine the identities of the suspects and the motive for the killing.
