CDC awards top performing multinational firms, locators

CLARK FREEPORT ZONE — Top-performing multinational companies and locators in the Clark Freeport Zone expressed their gratitude to Clark Development Corporation (CDC) for recognizing their contributions to the Freeport’s growth during the recent Clark Awards which marked its 30th anniversary.

CDC president and CEO attorney Agnes VST Devanadera expressed her gratitude to the awardees and cited their support and effort in helping CDC promote economic growth, job creation, and sustainable development.

Former President and now House Deputy Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo attended the event and committed to advocating for policy enhancement and amendment to create a more business-friendly environment in the Freeport.

Among the companies recognized were Hann Philippines, Yokohama Tire Philippines, Texas Instruments Philippines, and Clark Marriott Hotel, who expressed their appreciation for CDC’s recognition on their respective official social media pages.

Hann Philippines expressed gratitude to CDC for honoring them with four “prestigious” awards, recognizing their contributions as a top investor, income generator, employment provider, and environmental performer.

Similarly, Yokohama Tire Philippines Inc. expressed its appreciation for the state-run firm’s recognition of their “significant” financial and environmental excellence with the Top Investors Award and Excellence in Environmental Compliance Award.

Texas Instruments Philippines extended sincere gratitude to CDC for honoring them with the Top Investors Award, reaffirming their dedication to job creation, investment promotion, and local economic growth.

According to the Clark Marriott Hotel, they are honored to receive the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award from CDC, recognizing their unwavering commitment to positive and sustainable impact through Serve 360 initiatives and sustainable practices.

Other locators who were given special awards were the Luzon International Premier Airport Development (LIPAD) for aviation development; Global Zoo & Theme Park Alliance Inc., Quest Plus Conference Center– Clark, and Kilton Motor Corporation for tourism development; Outback Five Star Clark Inc. for business expansion; Luenthai Philippines–Verte for adaptability; SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation for business continuity, and a special appreciation for Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) for their continuous trust and support for the development of the Freeport.
