VICE Governor Mark DG. Lambino (right panel), welcomes the more than 3,000 members and coordinators of United Lights of Pangasinan Inc. (ULOPAN) who attended the 2-day ULOPAN annual general assembly held last December 18-19, 2021 at the ULOPAN Center in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

The ULOPAN unanimously adopted a resolution supporting the tandem of former Senator Ferdinand “Bong-Bong” Marcos Jr. for president and Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte for vice president in the 2022 presidential elections.
