Cong. Duterte, ACT-CIS nag-donate ng P1M sa bawat distritong naapektuhan ni ‘Odette”
UPANG agarang mabigyan ng tulong ang mga nasalanta ng Bagyong Odette, nag-donate sina Davao City First District Congressman Paolo Z. Duterte at ACT-CIS Partylist ng P1 milyon sa bawat distritong lubhang apektado ng naturang kalamidad, kabilang na ang Surigao del Norte, Bohol, Cebu (3rd, 4th, 5th , & 6th district), at Palawan (1st district).
Ayon kay Duterte, kaisa sila ng mga kababayan natin sa Visayas at Mindanao na nawalan ng mga mahal sa buhay, tahanan, at kabuhayan sa Bagyong Odette.
“We are with our kababayans in the Visayas and Mindanao who have lost their loved ones, homes, and livelihoods to Typhoon Odette. Through their Representatives, we have donated P1 million to each district as direct aid to thousands of families,” aniya pa.
“From the people of Davao, we would like to extend our assistance to our kababayans through this donation. This is a small amount that is incomparable to the lives and homes we have lost but we hope that it can provide support to the victims,” ani Cong. Duterte.
Nabatid na sa masusing koordinasyon sa ACT-CIS Partylist sa kanilang relief efforts ay nakapagpamahagi na sila ng relief packs, na may pagkain at tubig inumin, sa daan-daang pamilya sa Agusan. Tiniyak rin niya na maging ang mga apektado na nasa malalayo at mga liblib na lugar ay maaabot ng kanilang tulong.
“We are also in close coordination with the ACT-CIS Partylist in our relief efforts. They have already distributed relief packs (food and water) to hundreds of families in Agusan. Rest assured that we are furthering our efforts to reach even to the remotest areas to ensure that no one is and will be left behind,” pagtiyak pa ni Duterte.
