Trader found dead, with knife stuck in neck
A BUSINESSMAN on Sunday was found dead and with a knife stuck in his neck in Lipa City, Batangas.
Lipa City police chief Lt. Col Lory Tarrazona identified the victim as Teodoro Quizon, of #70 Purok 3, Bgy. San Jose, Lipa City.
Teodoro’s wife, Lucy, found him bloodied and lying face down on the floor of the house, with a knife stuck in his neck.
The wife immediately sought the help of Edu Mabiling, Teodoro’s cousin, and they rushed the victim to the hospital.
Teodoro died while being treated.
The victim’s family told police that Teodoro was suffering from depression due to business bankruptcy and health problems.
Police are investigating the family’s claim of suicide or if there was foul play in Teodoro’s death.
