PRO3 drug ops yield P1.4M shabu
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. yesterday reported the confiscation of at least P1,428,000 worth of shabu from four drug suspects in separate drug operations in the region.
A female drug peddler listed as a “high-value individual” (HVI) was caught by operatives in Magalang, Pampanga. Seized from her were around 110 grams of shabu worth P748,000.
In Angeles City, another HIV identified as alias “Manok” was arrested following the confiscation from him of shabu worth P374,000.
In Sta. Maria, Bulacan, a buy-bust resulted in the arrest of alias “Gato” and alias “Estong.” Seized were 45 grams of shabu worth P306,000.
“These successful operations prove that there are still illegal drugs in our communities. We assure everyone that we will not rest to make sure that these will not further proliferate and victimize the public, especially the youth,” Hidalgo said.
