PRO3 cops step-up manhunt operations vs wanted felons
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. yesterday said their stepped-up manhunt operations resulted to the arrest of most wanted persons in Bulacan, Pampanga, and Zambales.
In Bulacan, no. 8 most wanted in the province identified as Edmar Mones was nabbed by members of the Marilao police , together with the Bulacan Provincial Warrant Team, in Bgy. Lambakin.
Mones was caught for statutory rape, with no recommended bail.
Two most wanted persons in Pampanga were arrested in separate manhunt operations. They were Lloyd Nicole Guevarra, the alleged leader of a crime group operating in Bulacan, who was arrested for robbery; and Jayson Bon, a most wanted person in San Luis held for statutory rape.
In Zambales, personnel of the Subic police, together with the Zambales Provincial Intelligence Unit, Zambales 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, and Zambales 1st PMCF served a warrant of arrest in Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic against Enrico Macabenta for three counts of violation of Republic Act 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse,. Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Hidalgo vowed to continuously conduct its intensified operations to arrest all persons sought by law.
