Man toying gun accidentally shoots nephew dead
A 26-YEAR-OLD man died after he was accidentally shot by his own uncle in Cotabato.
Police identified the victim as Aries Quezada, of Bgy. New Bugasong, Matalam, Cotabato.
Suspect Rey Ignacio, the victim’s uncle, was playing with his 9mm pistol when it accidentally went off, hitting Quezada in the neck.
Quezada was rushed to the nearest hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
Ignacio surrendered to responding lawmen and said the incident was just an accident.
