Man hacks live-in gf to death with bolo
“INUNAHAN ko lang siya dahil parang susugurin niya ako.”
Thus claimed man who reportedly hacked to death his live in partner at the height of their argument Saturday morning in Quezon City.
The suspect identified as Ferdinand Panti, 30, is now under the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District for allegedly killing his live-in partner Realyn Lamban, 27.
A report from the QCPD-CIDU showed the incident occurred at around 3 a.m. inside the couple’s residence on 798 Manga Street, Barangay Sitio San Roque 2, Bagong Pag-Asa, Quezon City.
Investigation showed that prior to the incident, a neighbor of the couple heard the victim shouting,” Tulong, tulong may sunog!”.
Minutes later, the same witness heard again the victim shouting, “Tulong, tulong sasaksakin ako ng asawa ko!”
The witness immediately called the police.
When the lawmen arrived, they saw the victim lying on the ground, bloodied.
The suspect was standing near the victim with blood stains on his cloth.
A blood stained bolo was also found in the crime scene.
The victim was declared dead on arrival at the East Avenue Medical Center.
During interrogation at the QCPD-CIDU, the suspect claimed that he attacked the victim in self defense because his live in partner was planning to harm him.
