‘Lab for All’ medical mission benefits hundreds of Cavite residents

SILANG, Cavite – Hundreds of residents of this town on Saturday benefited from the “Lab for All” medical mission led by the Office of the Provincial Government of Cavite under Gov. Jonvic Remulla and the Silang City government held in Bgy. Ipil Covered Court.

The medical mission was conducted with the help of the Office of the Mayor of Silang, the Community Affairs Office, Silang Rural Health Unit led by Dr. Jericho Joshua Palay, Silang Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, LIFECORE, barangay health workers, Silang Traffic Management Office, and the Silang General Services Office.

The event was attended by Silang Mayor Kevin Anarna, and councilors Ivan Chester Amutan, Eric “Cokiat” Garcia, Ari Velazco and Marcos Amutan.

According to Anarna, the medical mission aims to provide basic care and medicine to those in need.

“We are very grateful to the people who joined and supported this project. Your participation and help is a great contribution to ensure the success of the medical mission,” the mayor said.

“Many thanks to our Gov. Jonvic Remulla for his tireless support and assistance to the Silangueños.”Anarna added.

Around hundreds of residents of barangays Ipil 1, Ipil 2, Yakal, Narra 1, 2, 3, Anahaw 1 an 2, Banaba, Acacia and Bulihan benefited from the one-day medical mission with laboratories.

“Lab for All” medical missions were also conducted in Carmona City, Dasmariñas City and General Trias City, all in Cavite recently.
