THE camp of Vice President Leni Robredo is desperately trying to catch up with presidential survey frontrunner Sen. Ferdinand ‘Bong Bong’ Marcos Jr.

And with a little more than a month to go before the elections, the campaign of Robredo is going awful with a ‘dick’ spoiling her political rallies.

Arrogant and disrespectful, reelectionist Sen. Richard ‘Dick’ Gordon recently got the ire of Leni’s supporters.

In fact, they want Dick out of Leni’s team.

Hashtag #DropGordon now is making the rounds in social media.

According to the Kakampinks, Gordon should be thrown out from the senatorial line up of Robredo as they can no longer tolerate the senator’s rudeness in their campaign sorties.

They lambasted Gordon’s rude behavior during the Robredo-Pangilinan People’s rally in Nueva Ecija where he was tasked to introduce the tandem’s senatorial slate onstage.

While delivering his role, Gordon made an offensive gesture. When he called on Rep. Teddy Baguilat, Gordon mockingly performed a tribal dance to describe Baguilat. Adding insult to injury, he laughed about it later.

Baguilat belongs to the Tiwali tribe of Ifugao.

Netizens were quick to criticize Gordon for making fun of Baguilat nd the traditions of indigenous people.

Dick’s arrogance didn’t stop there.

In a sortie in Surigao City, Gordon grabbed the microphone from Sen. Leila de Lima’s representative who was supposed to be the first one to give a speech onstage.

And in a Zamboanga rally, he brazenly told the crowd: “Ipasok ninyo si Dick! Sa balota ha? Hindi sa kung anong butas.” Matanda ka na yata sir. Hindi na bagay sa’yo ang mga ganyang linya.

Zena Bernardo, the mother of Ana Patricia Non who is behind the Maginhawa Community Pantry, narrated on Facebook how she was shocked by Gordon’s arrogance.

Gordon’s impoliteness and sex jokes befit him only to the red strip of Olongapo and not the entire country, she said.

She went on to describe Gordon as a free loader and a great opportunist who enjoys free appearances on stage with Leni.

And yet, he never endorsed Robredo’s candidacy. Hence, Bernardo is asking why pinkie organizers continue to include Gordon in their programs.

Bakit nga ba?

At any rate, Gordon is not doing well in the survey. He has not landed in the magic 12 in the latest survey results.

Dick is not helping the candidacy of Leni whose rating in the presidential race further dropped instead of rising.
