Couple in marijuana trafficking nabbed
A LIVE-IN partner who was in the list of high value drug targets was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Pasig City.
The suspects were identified as one alias Roderick, 27, an online seller; and alias Bea, 26, a BPO Customer Service Operator, both residents of Pasig City.
District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) chief PMajor Darwin Guerrero said the buy-bust was conducted at the boundaries of Pasig and Cainta at around 8 p.m.
Seized from the suspects were one transparent ziplock containing suspected high grade dried marijuana weighing 36 grams and 17 pieces “cosmik karts” cartridge containing clear vials of suspected kush (high grade marijuana) weighing 17 milligrams with an estimated street value of P169, 400 and the buy–bust money.
EPD said the suspects were online seller of kush.
