COMELEC CHAIR CASTS VOTE
Commission on Elections chairman George Erwin Garcia casts his vote at precinct no. 0037A in Banaba Cerca Integrated School, Bgy Banaba, Indang, Cavite during the special polls for the Congressional seat in the 7th district of Cavite yesterday.
