Bea reunites with Dennis, excited about shoot in Canada
BEA Alonzo and Dennis Trillo were batchmates in Star Circle Batch 10 and they were introduced in the youth-oriented show, “K2BU”, exactly 21 years ago in 2002 when they were still teenagers.
But Dennis and transferred to GMA-7, along with other batchmates, Alfred Vargas and Nadine Samonte. They’re now all married and with children. Bea rose to stardom as a Kapamilya paired with John Lloyd Cruz.
Now that Bea has also joined the Kapuso Network, she and Dennis finally get to work together again in a new drama series, “Love Before Sunrise”. They have already shot several episodes but they’re still supposed to go to Canada to shoot some important scenes on location there.
“Hopefully we can go fly there soon,” says Bea. “As of now, inaayos pa raw ang visa ng lahat ng involved sa shoot doon, both stars and the production staff to make sure wala kaming maging problema at maging maayos ang lahat while we’re working there. I’ve read the full script and the scenes to be shot in Canada are all integral to the story at napakaganda ng mga eksenang kukunan doon so sana, wala talagang maging anumang aberya. May balak ang GMA Pinoy TV to do a show there so sana matuloy para ma-meet ko rin ang fans ko sa Canada.”
GMA Network has given Bea and Dennis a powerhouse cast to support them in the show. Andrea Torres, who plays lead roles, agreed to play contravida since she wants to work with both Bea and Dennis.
Also in the cast are Ricky Davao, Jackielou Blanco, Sid Lucero, Tetchie Agbayani, Vaness del Moralo, Matet de Leon, Rodjun Cruz, Sef Cadayona, Nadia Montenegro, Isay Alvarez, Vince Maristela and Cheska Fausto. This is under the direction of Mark de la Cruz.
Bea is also the talk of the town because of her official engagement to Dominic Roque. A lot of folks are now asking her as to when they will walk down the aisle but she says there is nothing definite yet as of now. “Huwag nyo naman kaming madaliin,” she says. “We really want to prepare well for it as it’s a very important event in our lives. Kailangan munang pagplanuhang mabuti.”
