WITH the devotees expected to join this years Alay Lakad, Antipolo City Mayor Casimiro “Jun” Ynares III said that they had set up various public assistance centers in key points leading to the International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage or Antipolo Cathedral.

Among the areas include the Antipolo City Hall grounds (parking area) which will serve as the Incident Command Post; and the Sumulong Park as the Central Command Post.

Other areas with public assistance centers are located in Beverly Hills, HAMAKA Park, Ninoy Aquino Park, Pinagmisahan/White Cross, Old Prutasan/Robinson, Shopwise, Licos Park, Maia Alta/Crown Asia, MLQ Extension, Sumulong/Olalia Road, Masinag Intersection, and the Blue Mountain/Our Lady of Fatima University.

The Antipolo mayor likewise reminded the devotees joining the Alay Lakad 2024 that the following are strictly prohibited: Playing loud music and making too much noise; polluting or throwing of trash; bringing deadly weapons such as guns and pointed objects; illegal drugs; and the use of drones.
