3 held for P400K shabu in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Pampanga police on Thursday scored anew on its campaign against illegal drugs with the arrest of three drug suspects and the confiscation of some P400,000 worth of shabu in Floridablanca town.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Levi Hope Basilio said personnel of the Floridablanca police conducted an entrapment in Biglang Sibol Purok 5, Bgy. Bodega, which resulted in the arrest of Joel Sanque, 43; Aida Mora, 30, and Randy Escotillon, 34, all included in the police’ drug list.

Seized from the suspects were one cal. .45 pistol, a cal. .45 magazine loaded with six live bullets, three plastic sachets containing shabu weighing at least 53.52 grams with an estimated street value of P369,936 and the marked money.

The three suspects will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Hidalgo said the Central Luzon cops will continue to beef up its anti-criminality campaign, particularly on illegal drugs to stop its proliferation in region.

Meanwhile, in Nueva Ecija, three suspected dru peddlers were also arrested in buy-bust operations in Cabanatuan City and Jaen municipality.

Cabanatuan police head Lt. Col. Warly C. Bitog identified two of the arrested suspects in the city as Amado Ignacio and Joed Manlusoc.

In Jaen town, police head Maj. Robert De Guzman identified the arrested suspect as Ericson Bonifacio, 22, of San Rafael, Tarlac City. Bernard Galang and Steve Gosuico
