‘Super American Circus’, magtatanghal sa ‘Pinas
Sa mga mahihilig sa circus, finally, after 10 years ay muli nating makikita sa Pilipinas ang world-famous Super American Circus ngayong Kapaskuhan.
Produced by SGE Productions, the show will be staged from December 21, 2022 to January 8, 2023 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater sa Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.
Unang nagpunta sa bansa ang Super American Circus noong 2012 at ngayong lang ulit makakabalik dito.
Since 10 years na ang nakakaraan, this time around ay mas maraming bagong performances na tiyak na magugustuhan ng mga circus lover.
“’Eto, it’s a combination of different acts from around the world. ‘Yung dati kasi, halimbawa, from Russia lang sila or from China. ‘Eto, hindi. We’re bringing (performers) from Russia, meron kaming galing ng Columbia, Canada, US,” pahayag ng producer na si Johanan Soyangco sa media conference na ginanap last Tuesday.
Ayon naman sa artistic director and choreographer na si Elaine Alcorn, mahigit sa 25 circus performers from around the world ang darating sa ‘Pinas para mag-perform ng iba’t ibang acts (including death-defying ones) sa Super American Circus.
Ilan sa mga exciting act na mapapanood ay ang motorcycle team in the Globe of Dancer, The Sky Wheel, the High Flying Motorcycle, aerialists, aerial ballerinas and jugglers.
Ang ilan sa kanila ay mga winner daw sa America’s Got Talent.
Ayon naman sa managing director na si Edwin Chiong, hindi na nila masyadong tinaasan ang ticket prices at tiniyak nilang very affordable ito para sa mga circus lover sa ‘Pinas.
Ticket prices are at P1,000, P2,000 and P5,000.
