ZAMBOANGA Valientes have shown the character despite losing the lead from the East Pirates in the second half, and trailing by eight on the last quarter.
They have shown the composure to cut down the lead, rallied by All Zamboangueño back court trios Rudy, Lingganay, Mike Tolomia, and Peter Alfaro.
Rudy Lingganay and Peter Alfaro showed resilliency and toughness, diving for lose balls, inspiring the young guns and the whole team to do the same.
