Samones wins Reyna ng Turismo Cavite 2023
DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite – A pretty lass from Kawit town bested 19 other candidates and was crowned as “Reyna ng Turismo Cavite 2023” during the coronation night, Sunday, June 4, 2023 at the Dasmariñas Arena in Barangay Burol Main.
Ash Samones of Kawit took home the plum and P75,000 cash prize, while 1st runner-up AJ Go of Bacoor City got a P50,000 cash prize.
Naic representative Gabbie Ruiz won 2nd runner-up with a P30,000 cash prize, Noveleta town representative Mariz Fernandez placed 3rd runner-up winner, and Sohpia Viray of Imus City settled for 4th runner-up with P15,000 and P10,000 cash incentives, respectively.
The said beauty pageant aims to boost Cavite tourism and empower the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) community.
