A 21-year-old rider met his untimely death after a truck ran over him Friday evening in Caloocan City.
Caloocan police chief P/Col. Investigation conducted by traffic investigator P/Cpl. Jomar Panigbatan showed that Hilario, on board his motorcycle, and the truck were both traveling southward along Rizal Avenue at about 9:30 p.m. heading towards Manila when the accident happened.
Panigbatan said the victim lost control of his motorcycle and fell on the road upon reaching the corner of 1st Avenue, Bgy. 39 and then an incoming truck driven by Marinas ran over him.
