‘Rapist’ pa jailed in Batangas
KAMPO GENERAL MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas – A man accused of raping his own child was arrested by the police in Bgy. Alangilan, Batangas City.
According to the report of Batangas Police Provincial Director Col. Samson Belgica Belmonte to Police Regional Office 4-A (Calabarzon) Director Brig. Gen. Carlito M. Gaces, arrested was alias “Dulix,” 40, a native of Camarines Sur.
Belmonte said the accused is listed as one of the most wanted persons in the provincial level.
Alias “Dulix” was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest for rape and qualified statutory rape.
