Rape suspect falls in Batangas
JOINT police forces the other day arrested a factory worker for rape and lascivious conduct during the serving of a warrant of arrest in his hiding place in Tanauan City, Batangas.
Tanauan City Police Station head LTCOL Ariel B. Azurin identified the suspect as Marlon Roca, 34, married, a native of Sitio Hi-way, Bgy. San Carlos, Rosario Batangas and resident of Bgy Pagaspas, Tanauan City.
Roca was captured at 3:18 p.m. in Bgy Poblacion III, by joint elements of the Tanauan CPS together with the 403rd A MC, Regional Mobile Police Batallion (RMFB) 4A led by PCPT Arturo P. Patulot, OIC and 1st Batangas Provincial Mobile Force Company (BPMFC).
The accused was arrested on the strength of a warrant of arrest dated October 29, 2021, issued by Judge Jose Policarpio Flores, of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 6, in Tanauan City.
No bail was recommended for the rape case while P80,000 was recommended for the lascivious conduct charge, said Azurin.
