Peddler yields P.1M illegal drugs in Pampanga

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Pampanga police captured a suspected drug peddler and confiscated more than P100,000 worth of shabu on Friday in this city.

Pampanga police acting director Col. Robin Sarmiento said members of the City of San Fernando police Station conducted a buy-bust in Bgy. San Isidro that resulted in the arrest of Daniel Latid, 24, after he sold a shabu to an undercover officer.

Recovered from Latid were four plastic sachets of shabu valued at P102,000, a black coin purse, the buy-bust money and a black motorcycle.

Charges for violation of Sec. 5 & 11, Art. II of R.A. 9165 are being readied for filing in court against the suspect.

PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said the Central Luzon cops are focused on its all -out war against illegal drugs.
