Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen on Saturday presided over the turnover ceremony at the Pampanga Police Provincial Office in Bale Katimawan, Pampanga PPO, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Col. Levy Hope Bssilio was appointed as the new Officer- in-Charge (OIC) of the police provincial office replacing Col. Alvin Ruby Consolacion, who served as the acting provincial director for seven months.

He is a member of PNPA Magilas Class of 2000 and was formerly assigned at the National Capital Region. His appointment as OIC is like a homecoming to him since he served as the Chief of Police of Guagua, Porac and City of San Fernando.

Basilio also put emphasis on the peace and security framework of PNP Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr.’s “MKK=K” or “Malasakit, Kaayusan Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran.”

“Again, I’m soliciting your support and commitment as I lead PRO3 to make our region, a safer place to live, work, for tourist to visit and do business. Patuloy tayong maglingkod ng buong katapatan para sa patuloy na ikatatahimik at ikauunlad hindi lamang ng Pampanga maging ng Gitnang Luzon,” Pasiwen said during the event.
