Orion police station beats other stations in CL
CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga–The Orion Municipal Police Station, (MPS) led by PCapt. Silvestre Colanza, again bagged the Police Regional Office-3’s Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for August, besting all MPS in Central Luzon.
Only last June, Capt. Colanza has achieved the UPER by beating all MPS in Central Luzon.
“Orion has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by clinching the coveted number one position in the Police Regional Office-3’s UPER for the month of August,” Camp Olivas, under B/Gen. Jose Hidalgo, Jr., said in a statement.
The Orion MPS has emerged as the undisputed leader among municipal police stations in Central Luzon.
The UPER assessment, which encompasses both administrative and operational compliance and achievements, underscores Orion MPS’s dedication to implementing strict discipline, enhancing personnel morale and welfare, ensuring fair placement and promotion, and maintaining meticulous personnel and records management, all aligned with the stringent UPER parameters.
Orion MPS has bagged UPER for three consecutive months since June.
Capt Colanza said that right after assuming the top post here, “I set a guidelines and vision to achieve it and it is just a pure motivation of our men,” Colanza told this writer.
