‘Oplan Pagtugis’ nets 2 most wanted in CL
TWO most wanted persons were arrested on Thursday in the Police Regional Office 3’s Oplan Pagtugis in Nueva Ecija and Bataan.
Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) PFU-Nueva Ecija arrested Apolonio Samson, 47, of Sampaguita St., Bgy. Mayapyap Sur, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, based on a warrant issued by the Cabanatuan Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 26 for rape with no bail recommended.
Meanwhile, operatives of the Hermosa police nabbed construction worker Archie de Leon, 35, of Lampara, Purok 6, Bgy. Mambog, Hermosa, Bataan, based on a warrant issued by RTC Branch 96 of Dinalupihan, Bataan for frustrated murder.
The two suspects were brought to CIDG PFU Bataan for proper disposition.
