NOVELETA, Cavite – Mayor Dino Chua led the celebration of the 30th National Children’s Month Celebration in Noveleta held at SM City Rosario this Monday.

The Noveleta mayor spoke in front of young Noveleteños to report the “State of the Children” in the locality together with Local Social Welfare and Development head Jinky Sidocon, Councilor Donn Alvarez,

The Committee on Social Welfare and Development chair, Kate Bernal, Ricky Saria, Emil Lontoc, Edwin Salud, and Cavite 1st District Board Member Davey Chua.

Children attended the said event wearing their “dreams” and accompanied by parents.

“Ang lokal na pamahalaan po ng Noveleta ay hindi natigil sa paggabay sa mga kabataan, nakatuon po ang ating programa sa magandang edukasyon ng mga kabataan dito sa Noveleta,” Mayor Chua said in his speech.

According to the mayor, almost all the barangays in the town of Noveleta have fully air-conditioned daycare centers.

Under the administration of Chua as mayor of Noveleta town, he oversaw the construction of public schools in Barangay San Rafael III and San Rafael IV to bring education closer to students from Cavite City.
