Daddy held for raping daughter since 2015
A FIFTY-FIVE-year-old father who has been tagged as Tarlac’s most wanted rape suspect for allegedly raping his daughter since 2015 was arrested along with three other felons on Tuesday.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon said Jimmy Abadilla, 55, a native of Sitio Bato-Bato, Bgy Dolores, Taytay, Rizal and residing at Sitio Buno, Bgy Matatalaib, Tarlac City, was nabbed by joint personnel of the Tarlac and Mabalacat police for 22 counts of rape and six counts of violation of RA 7610.
Abadilla was accused of raping his daughter since 2015.
Meanwhile, members of the Balanga police in Bgy. Talisay, Balanga City, Bataan nabbed businesswoman Evelyn Omega, 48, tagged as the sixth most wanted suspect in Bataan and resident of Bgy. Camacho, Balanga City, Bataan.
Omega was collared based on warrants issued against her for estafa, falsification of public documents and violation of BP 22 or the anti-bouncing check law by different Regional Trial Courts in Bataan.
In Pampanga, members of the Porac police arrested Fernando Yalung Jr., 36, and Philip Roque, 46, both residents of Purok 5, Bgy. Sta Cruz, for robbery.
“The continuous accounting of wanted persons reduces the number of criminals who roam the streets ready to pounce on unwitting and defenseless members of the community. This accounting contribute greatly to the development of peaceful communities and in line with the directives of PNP chief Gen. Debold Sinas,” De Leon said.
