Biliran’s ‘most wanted’ collared in Cavite
IMUS CITY, Cavite – A ranked no. 1 provincial-level “Most Wanted Person” was arrested in Naic, Cavite, Monday, January 31, 2022.
The suspect was identified by Police Col. Arnold Abad, Cavite Police Provincial Director as Melvin Ezperanza, 38, married, construction worker, a native of Biliran Province, and a resident of Barangay Halang, Naic, Cavite.
The operation was set through the joint efforts of elements of Naic Municipal Police Station together with personnel of Kawayan MPS, and CIDG Biliran PFU and at about 12:30 a.m., January 31, 2022.
The arrest was made in Brgy Halang, Naic, Cavite. The suspect is charged with Crime of Murder under CC No. 2274, issued by Hon.Enrique C. Asis, Presiding Judge of RTC 8th Judicial Region, Branch 16, Brgy. Larrazabal, Naval, Biliran dated March 11, 2004, with no bail recommended.
