Another rape suspect falls in Batangas
A 45-YEAR-OLD construction worker charged with rape two years earlier has been arrested in Tanauan City, Batangas.
Tanauan City Police Station head cop PLTCOL Ariel B. Azurin identified the arrested suspect as Fernando Osiana, married, a native of Bgy. Ginubatan, Albay, Bicol and presently residing at Bgy. Bagumbayan, Tanauan City.
The accused was nabbed by elements of the Tanauan CPS led by PLt. Col, Azurin, together with Regional Intelligence Unit (RIU) 4A Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIT) Batangas, 403rd Maneuver Company Regional Mobile Force Batallion (RMFB) 4A, and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) in Bgy. Hidalgo, Tanauan City at 1:38 p.m. on December 10.
Osiana is listed as Rank No, 6 most wanted person in the Provincial Level, according to Azurin. He was accused of having committee rape on August 27, 2020, in Bgy. Bagbag, Tanauan City.
