Amante takes oath as San Pablo mayor
INCOMING San Pablo City, Laguna Mayor Vicente Belen Amante takes his oath before the Presiding Judge Ronaldo Tugonan of Regional Trial Court Branch 32 and Congressman Loreto Amante to MTC Judge Maria Kristine Falgiera together with their family on Thursday morning. After 18 years as San Pablo City Mayor from 1992 to 2013 and 2004 to 2013.
Mayor Vicente Amante will replace his son, outgoing Mayor Loreto Amante, who was elected as congressman of the 3rd district of Laguna. The oath-taking and ceremonial turnover will be held at the Old Capitol building, San Pablo City, and attended by members of Sangguniang Panglungsod led by Vice Mayor Justine Colago and elected councilors, the department heads, association of barangay chairmen, PNP, BOF, other government agencies and NGOs.
