3 CTG-NPA members surrender in Cavite
MARAGONDON, Cavite–Three alleged members of the Communist Terrorist Group-New People’s Army (CTG-NPA), who are also members of the Kamagsasaka organization, surrendered to the police September 17, 2023.
The police identified the 3 suspects as Mizpeh Sibay, 53; Emelita Selaras, 56; and Rolando Domingo, 53; all of Pinagsanjan B Maragondon, Cavite.
In a report from Police Captain Dennis Labrador of Cavite police, the three surrendered at 1:30 p.m. when they went to their station and voluntarily surrendered.
They were also carrying an improvised shotgun that was surrendered to the police.
According to the suspects, they decided to break away from their association to live a normal life.
