Tondominium 2 inaugurated
PRESIDENTIAL bet, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, mayoral candidate Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna and vice mayoral candidate Rep. Yul Servo yesterday led the inauguration of Tondominium 2 and the subsequent distribution of units to 168 lucky recipients who used to be homeless and whom the mayor called upon to keep the said place clean and in order at all times.
“Ingatan nyo ‘to. Di araw-araw Pasko. Ipagpasalamat ninyo sa Diyos at kung hindi kalabisan, isama po ninyo ako sa inyong panalangin na bigyan ako ng katatagan ng kalooban para suungin ang mahirap na labang ito dahil sa tagumpay ko, milyong pamilya pa ang pupwedeng magbago ang buhay,” Moreno said.
The mayor thanked Lacuna and the city councilors along with City Engineer Armand Andres, City Architect Pepito Balmoris and Urban Settlements chief Atty. Cris Fernandez and all the construction workers whom he said all worked very hard to make all of the seven mass housing projects already in place possible.
