CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Two most wanted persons were arrested Thursday in separate manhunt operations in Tarlac.
Tarlac police director Col. Renante Cabico said Manuel Yasay Jr. alias “Jun”, top 7 most wanted person of Agoo, La union, 75, of Bgy. San Raymundo, Ramos, Tarlac, was arrested by joint elements of Ramos and Agoo police stations based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Agoo, La Union Regional Trial Court Branch 32 for acts of lasciviousness.
Yasay went into hiding for more than eight years before his arrest in Tarlac.
Meanwhile, elements of Paniqui police conducted a manhunt operation along Legaspi St., Poblacion Sur, Paniqui, Tarlac that resulted in the arrest of Viola Bacani, 58, of Dalayoan Subd. Poblacion Sur, Paniqui, Tarlac, for four counts of violation of Batas Pambansa 22.
“Anchored on the Intensified Cleanliness Program of the Chief PNP, Police General Guillermo Eleazar relative in cleansing our community, PRO3 assures to continuously launch its intensified operations to account and arrest all persons sought by law to offer more peaceful streets for the general public,” said Police Regional Office-3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon.
