Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 Monday’s flag raising ceremony was attended by Police Regional Office 2 director Brig. Gen. Crizaldo Nieves as he was welcomed by men and women of Central Luzon led by PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon.

In his message, Nieves lauded team PNP-PRO3 for helping the Cagayan region by giving assistance and relief goods to victims of Typhoon “Ulysses” last November 2020.

Nieves pinned awards on deserving personnel with exemplary performance in delivering quality police service.

De Leon expressed his gratitude to Nieves for the visit and vowed that team PNP-PRO3 will always be ready to help not only for the general public but also its comrades.

Meanwhile, the simultaneous launching of ‘E-SUMBONG: Sumbong Mo, Aksyon Ko’ was joined via Zoom by key officers of PRO3 and was spearheaded by top cop Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar in Camp Crame, Quezon City.

“E-SUMBONG” will cater to all information requiring police intervention and address police irregularities.
