Peeping Tom takes video of peeing female neighbor
CABANATUAN CITY – A 25-year-old female medical technologist complained that she was violated when she caught her neighbor taking a video of her while she was peeing inside the comfort room on Saturday night here.
City police head Lt. Col. Julius Ceazar Maducdoc identified the victim as Amira Farrah Gregorio, of Primavera Homes, Bgy. Cabu, this city.
He said the suspect, identified as Randy Dagdagan, 31, jobless, was subsequently nabbed by barangay peacekeepers and brought to the police station for proper disposition.
Gregorio said she was answering the call of nature inside the comfort room when she noticed the suspect taking a video of her at 6 p.m.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 will be slapped against the arrested suspect.
