THE Office for Transportation Security (OTS) issued a statement regarding a viral video circulating on social media showing airport security screening officers allegedly “exhibited unprofessional” behavior and unauthorized filming during the conduct of security screening procedures on a group of departing Korean artists at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

OTS said it will be investigating the incident to find the violations committed based on the rules and screening protocols at the said airport.

Any personnel found violating the security protocols will be penalized with administrative sanctions and warned that they will never tolerate any “unprofessional behavior” towards the riding public.

“While we understand the excitement brought about by the presence of these Korean artists, we remind not only our personnel but all airport users that unauthorized filming at our security screening checkpoints is not allowed as a matter of policy,” the statement read.
