New Mabalacat police OIC named
CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon appointed Lt. Col. Soledad Legaspi Elefanio as officer-in-charge of the Mabalacat City police replacing Lt. Col. Rossel Cejas, who was re-assigned to the PNP Drug Enforcement Group.
De Leon said Elefanio has the capabilities, abilities and qualifications to steer the unit to more accomplishments.
She will lead the Mabalacat police force in maintaining peace and order in 27 barangays with nearly 300,000 residents.
Elefanio thanked the PRO3 and Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo for giving her the opportunity to lead the town’s police force.
