Man caught undressing sleeping ‘manugang’
POLICE arrested a 44-year-old contractor after he was caught by his son while allegedly undressing the latter’s 21-year-old live-in partner who was asleep inside their room Thursday before dawn in Navotas City.
The incident, according to Navotas Police Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD), happened at around 3 a.m. inside the family’s residence along Road-10 Brgy. North Bay Boulevard South (NBBS) Proper.
Investigation showed the suspect had allegedly already undressed the short pants of his daughter-in-law when he was caught by his son, prompting the suspect to rush outside the room.
The victim woke up when she heard the confrontation between father and son and noticed that her short pants had already been lowered.
When the suspect asked what is going on, her live-in partner replied, “Hinubaran ka na, hindi mo pa alam?”.
The victim and her live-in partner decided to seek the assistance of P/SSgt. Rolando Reyes and P/Cpl Wilson Pepito of Navotas Police Sub-Station that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
He was turned over to the WCPD at the Navotas Police Headquarters for investigation and proper disposition pending his presentation at the Navotas City Prosecutor’s Office for inquest proceedings on charges for Acts of Lasciviousness.
