Madrona proclaimed as Romblon solon
COMMISSION on Elections (Comelec) officials have proclaimed Rep. Eleandro Jesus “Budoy” Madrona as the winning congressman of the lone district of Romblon province.
Madrona got a landslide victory after receiving 128,996 votes while his rival, Joey Venancio only has 29,898 votes.
Joining Madrona in the winning circle were Gov. Otik Riano and Vice Gov. Arming Gutierrez.
The team called Botika, short for Budoy-OTIK-Arming, also won all the eight provincial board seats. By RYAN PONCE PACPACO
